For ideal convenience in making frozen yoghurt, the machines are constructed without a pump to make cleaning truly easy. The machines are perfect for fresh frozen yoghurt and can even pasteurize for long-life frozen-yoghurt mixes. The fresh, delicious look ensures a high turnover. Nissei machines are known for their high capacity, compact size, low-noise operation, low maintenance costs, long life span and ease of use. All machines come equipped with an energy-saving pasteurization system and require disassembly just once every 6 weeks.
